Almost always this is notifications being switched off for the app.

1. Open Settings → Notifications → Don't Forget and turn on Allow Notifications.
2. Check that a Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work) isn't silencing it — add Don't Forget to the Focus's allowed apps if you want alerts to break through.
3. In the app, open Settings → Send a test alert and lock your phone. It should arrive in a few seconds.

If the home screen shows "Alerts are off", tap Turn on — it takes you straight to the right switch.

At 9:00 AM on its day. If you'd like a different time, choose Specific time when you add or edit it.

Tap Undo on the message at the bottom of the screen — it's there for a few seconds after you delete or complete something. After that it can't be recovered, because your reminders live only on your iPhone.

• Repeat — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Mark it done and it moves to the next date.
• Early alerts — a heads-up 15 minutes, an hour, a day or a week before.
• Keep reminding me — alerts again every 10 minutes until you mark it done.
• Snooze from the alert — press and hold an alert to snooze it or mark it done.

Premium is $1.99 a month or $24.99 once for lifetime access (prices vary by country).

The subscription is billed by Apple, not by me.

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions
3. Choose Don't Forget and cancel there

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the month you've already paid for. Your reminders stay; repeating ones simply alert once, like free reminders.

Open the Premium screen in the app (Settings → Don't Forget Premium) and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple for your purchases and turns Premium back on. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Restoring also works on a new iPhone. If it still doesn't come back, email me.

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not yet — everything stays on the iPhone you created it on, which is also why no one else can see it. Your reminders are included in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings them with it.
